There Are Four Points Of Wellness

There are four points to our wellness.


1. Physical Wellness
2. Emotional Wellness
3. Financial Wellness
4. Enviromental Wellness


Physical wellness involves taking responsibility and care for minor illness, and also investing time each week to improve endurance, flexibility, and strength. Emotional Wellness is maintaining good mental health, a positive attitude, high self-esteem, and a strong self-image. Contributing to our overall emotional wellness are good feelings such as happiness, amusement, excitement, and love. Financial Wellness: Finance meaning money or other liquid resources of a government, business, group, or individual, and the wellness thereof meaning the quality or state of being in good financial health especially as an actively sought goal. Are you comfortable with you financial wellness, or are there things you could do to improve your financial situation? Enviromental Wellness is an awareness of the unstable state of the earth and the effects of your daily habits on the physical environment.
